Signature Requirement: All deliveries made under this service require the recipient to provide a signature upon delivery. This confirms receipt of the goods and acknowledges their condition at the time of delivery.
Proof of Delivery: Upon request, we will provide proof of delivery, which includes details of the delivery time, date, and signature of the recipient.
Customer Responsibilities
Availability: You must be available or ensure someone authorized is present to sign for the delivery at the scheduled time.
Inspection: Upon receipt, you are encouraged to inspect the package for any visible damage before signing. If damage is noted, please indicate it on the delivery receipt or inform our delivery agent immediately.
Liability
Goods Condition: Once signed for, the responsibility for the condition of the goods transfers to the recipient. Any claims for damage must be made immediately upon receipt.
Lost or Damaged Goods: We are not liable for lost or damaged goods after they have been signed for by the recipient, unless such damage was noted at the time of delivery.
Delivery Attempts
First Attempt: USPS delivery staff will leave a note at your residence on the next scheduled delivery attempt or options on how to get the package at the nearest Post Office.
Signature Verification
Authorization: Only individuals authorized by the recipient can sign for the delivery.
Verification: We reserve the right to verify the identity of the person signing for the package to ensure security.
